We understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly and promptly. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted.

Eligible Returns and Refunds

You may request a return and refund under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: If the product has manufacturing defects or does not meet the agreed specifications, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Wrong Product Shipped: If we ship a product different from what you ordered, we will replace it at our expense or issue a full refund.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Missing Items: If your order is missing items that were paid for, we will ship the missing items or refund the corresponding amount.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom-manufactured or made-to-order products that were produced according to your specifications.
  • Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged due to improper handling or storage.
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Normal wear and tear or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance.
  • Products purchased from third-party distributors (please contact the original seller).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at zhangyuqi@yuyuxincai.cn within 7 days of receiving the product, including your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with approval or additional questions.
  3. Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. For defective or wrong products, we will cover return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it within 5-7 business days.
  5. Refund: If the return is approved after inspection, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange a product for a different size, model, or specification, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may involve additional costs for price differences or shipping. Custom products cannot be exchanged unless defective.

Warranty

Our industrial transmission components come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product category (typically 12 months from the date of delivery). Warranty claims are handled separately from return/refund requests. Please contact us for specific warranty terms applicable to your product.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account. Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to the original bank account. Processing time: 7-14 business days after approval due to international banking procedures.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For international orders, currency exchange rate differences may apply.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. After production begins, a cancellation fee may apply based on the work already completed. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
